WeDO Scotland’s Conference not only offers an outstanding line-up of speakers who will share their business journey, but also, a prestigious panel who will be taking part in a pro-active debate about ‘What Does the Future Hold for Scottish Businesses?’ We are living in interesting times and by the time of the Conference, a decision will have been made about Brexit … or so we dare to assume.

Our esteemed 2019 Conference panel includes some of Scotland’s top entrepreneurs and business leaders and is being chaired by renowned journalist and non-fiction writer, Kenny Kemp.  All of our panel have extensive experiences gained from their own businesses as well as their activities with external organisations and the wider business community in Scotland, the UK and globally.

The panel discussion which is taking place in the late morning, will last for just under an hour and our panelists will be sharing their views and opinions on the following key discussion points:

  • The Scottish economy.
  • Brexit.
  • Opportunities for Scottish businesses.
  • Challenges for Scottish businesses.
  • How can we make the most of opportunities for us and our businesses?
  • What impact will the Scottish Government’s Net Zero Carbon Economy have?

There will be ample opportunity for attendees to ask the panel questions which we know will result in an interesting and informed debate.

“It’s fascinating to hear opinions from a diverse and knowledgeable panel.  The debate was extremely lively with ample opportunity for the audience to ask questions.  An excellent format to include at a conference and one which should definitely feature each year.”
