Announcing the Finalists in our 2016 Awards
Following on from the announcement of semi-finalists in our 2016 Awards, we are delighted to announce the finalists in each of our 5 Awards. Our Judging Panel is chaired by Rod McMillan who is joined by fellow Ambassadors Martin Mutch, Graham Langley and winner of our 2014 Most Innovative Business Award winner & Ambassador, Mike Christopherson. The judges have had many deliberations about who to select to go through to the finals and discussions were still ongoing at 11:30pm last night – there’s no end to their dedication to the process for which we are immensely grateful.
Commenting on the Award entrants, the judges said:
“We really have been amazed by the calibre of entrants for this year’s Awards. It’s so positive to find out more about passionate entrepreneurs from diverse industry sectors who are truly dynamic and working hard to grow their businesses. It’s testament to the Scottish entrepreneurial community that individuals like our finalists are helping to keep Scotland on the map, both in the UK and further afield. We are looking forward to seeing all the finalists on Thursday and would like to wish them all the best of luck.”

The winners will be announced at our Awards Dinner which takes place on Friday the 18th of November at The Sheraton Grand Hotel and tickets are still on sale. You can find out more about the event and book HERE. It’s a fantastic evening celebrating the success of Scottish entrepreneurs and of course, with networking at the heart of WeDO, is a great opportunity to meet fellow business owners. It’s not all about business however, we all work hard and need time to let our hair down so we also have a Blushbooth photobooth where guests can have fun with highly entertaining props as well as our regular DJ who plays a wide range of music from every era. We look forward to seeing you there!
