     6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Our Supper Clubs are participative, relaxing evenings enjoying good conversations, enabling members to get to know one another whilst hearing from inspirational speaker.  Our Edinburgh Supper Clubs are held in the private dining room of the 6th floor 1620 Rooftop Bar at the Johnnie Walker Princes Street with breathtaking views of the city and access to the outdoor roof terrace.

Places are strictly limited to 12 people with 10 tickets available for members on a first come first served basis.  By keeping these events intimate, we ensure there are plenty of opportunity to ask questions as well as an open forum where all attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the emerging themes from the speaker as well as their own experiences.  Shared experiences are at the heart of WeDO, ‘individually we can be successful, together we can be extraordinary’ and Supper Clubs give us the opportunity to do just that!

CRACKING CHANGE

This Supper Club will focus on how to face an unprecedented tsunami of change in our personal and business lives as we emerge from the pandemic. Our guest and member Atholl Duncan, will share the secrets of how to create new habits; how to maximise performance; and how ‘nudge theory’ is about to have its moment in the sun.  This will be an evening  changing how we think and what we do, nothing could be better for our first Supper Club of the year.  Prepare for what’s next? Prepare to be transformed!

LEADERS IN LOCKDOWN

‘Leaders in Lockdown’ was published on the 12th of November 2020 to huge acclaim and rave reviews.  It’s a unique insight from the women and men who were on the frontline of leading the business world’s fight against COVID-19.

From New York to Singapore to Hong Kong to the City of London it captures a remarkable moment in time when the global economy was brought to a shuddering halt in the struggle to contain a deadly pandemic.

These first-hand accounts of 100 days of lockdown tell stories of leadership in a crisis. They also share the wisdom of some of the world s most thoughtful business leaders as they predict how the world will change because of Covid-19.

In these in-depth interviews, the leaders we hear from include New York Times CEO Mark Thompson; Unilever CHRO Leena Nair: care home leader Sir David Behan; Stagecoach founder Sir Brian Souter; Tata’s people leader Napur Mallick; WHOOP founder Will Ahmed; and trail blazing young venture capitalist Pocket Sun.
