Back by popular demand as a result of our event last week agreeing future events, we’re bringing you another Employment Law Q & A session. Not surprisingly, this is a topic which continues to be top fo the agenda for many of you.

For this session, we’re delighted to be welcoming Simon Mayberry from LexLeyton who will be in the hot seat to answer your questions.

Based on the questions he’s been asked about the most by clients, question topics may include:

· Flexible furloughing – how will the scheme differ and what do employers need to do?
· How to plan for the return to the workplace;
· Holidays – requests, pay & employers rights
· How to deal with employees who refuse to return;
· How to vary employee terms and conditions;
· How to undertake collective redundancies

This is an open Q & A session but if you have a specific question you would like to ask Simon, please email us in advance of the event.
