Our Supper Clubs are immensely popular, consistently selling out due to their informal and relaxed atmosphere; combining inspiration, good food, and engaging conversations.  These events provide a prime opportunity for members to connect, meet new members, catch up with familiar faces and of course be inspired by an engaging speaker sharing their entrepreneurial journey.  Our speakers don’t share a ‘rose-tinted glasses’ story, they share the challenges they’ve faced along the way, as well as lessons learnt.

We’re delighted to be welcoming outstanding Award-winning entrepreneur and RAF Pilot, Neil Clark of IHF (Integrated Human Factors) to this Supper Club.  In 2016, IHF won our High Growth Company of the Year Award and since then, has enjoyed substantial and ongoing growth and success.

ABOUT NEIL

Neil’s journey as a pilot played a pivotal role in shaping his aspirations. Through his experiences in the cockpit, he gained a deep understanding of the critical importance of Human Factors in aviation safety. This insight fuelled his determination to establish a Human Factors consultancy and he founded Integrated Human Factors (IHF) in 2012.

As the founder and CEO of IHF, he built the company from the ground up, transforming it to become a global Human Factors consultancy and spearheaded the development of a suite of innovative software solutions designed to meet client’s Human Factors needs.  Neil has worked with enterprise clients around the world including large-scale projects with BP to improve their fatigue management practices and enabling a large financial services organisation to reduce human error, leading to significant cost savings and more reliable operations.

Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors and as a published author Neil draws on his technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics as well as his Master’s in Applied Human Factors. Neil is driven by a passion for enhancing safety standards through people-centric solutions. He speaks regularly at events around the world where his impactful presentations educate and inspire, leaving a lasting impression wherever he speaks.

Whether he is running large multinational teams, delivering big budget programs or in his role as a reserve Royal Air Force Pilot his understanding of human performance from an organisational, physiological and management perspective has enabled Neil to develop innovative solutions that yield holistic and sustainable outcomes. This includes leading the airborne Human Factors Trials program on the RAAF MRTT project to deliver more efficient, effective, and productive processes and systems.

ABOUT SUPPER CLUBS

In Edinburgh, our Supper Clubs are held in the private dining room of the 6th floor 1820 Rooftop Bar at the Johnnie Walker Princes Street with breathtaking views of the city and access to the outdoor roof terrace.

Places are strictly limited with tickets available for members on a first come first served basis.  By keeping these events intimate, we ensure there are plenty of opportunity to ask questions as well as an open forum where all attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the emerging themes from the speaker as well as their own experiences.  Shared experiences are at the heart of WeDO, ‘individually we can be successful, together we can be extraordinary’ and Supper Clubs give us the opportunity to do just that!
