The internet has changed the marketing landscape forever; in many ways, a brand is no longer what it says it is, more often than not it is what its consumers say it is.  Everyone is a potential publisher with the ability to reach their communities with all manner of information.

Increasingly, they are also influenced by what their peers say about a business and review and recommendation websites like Trip Advisor play a big part in how people judge your business. Of course, Trip Advisor is not the only review, recommendation or testimonial site, others like Google Reviews or Trust Pilot and Feefo are equally influential, so the presentation is designed to demonstrate the type of signals you can send to these sites that will ultimately improve your listing.

During this talk, Sanj Naha will look at why you should embrace review and recommendation sites such as Trip Advisor and leverage them as a marketing tool that can massively boost your ranking and ultimately the volume of enquiries and bookings.  He will provide some insights into the Trip Advisor algorithm and how the actions you take can influence your ranking.

Sanj will also conduct a Q&A session when you can ask specific questions about marketing your business in an increasingly competitive market.

Anyone interested in finding out the increasing importance of review sites and community management.  Anyone managing online communities, whether for B2B, B2C or charitable causes. Anyone in the hospitality trade with a business listed on Trip Advisor.

In Sanj Naha’s LinkedIn profile, he describes himself as “TripAdvisor Guru:  Improving TripAdvisor performance to acquire guests, raise service levels and keep investors happy.”  Having worked closely with Sanj, the fatBuzz team can testify to the validity and relevance of the advice he gives.

After being part of the senior management team at Trip Advisor, Sanj set up his own consultancy advising major brands on leveraging Trip Advisor as a first-class marketing tool.  The work he has done with the fatBuzz marketing team has reaped many benefits and enabled us to create measurable results for our clients.
