We co-host the monthly Edinburgh New Media Breakfasts with our partners fatBuzz, winners of our 2013 High Growth Company of the Year Award. The New Media Breakfasts are open to both MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS of WeDO and are for entrepreneurs, business owners, start-ups, marketing professionals and decision-makers in the private sector as well as individuals working in the public and third sectors. They provide up-to-date information about social media and how the adoption of a digital approach can transform your business or organisation. The Edinburgh events take place in Tigerlily at 125 George Street in Edinburgh and repeat in Glasgow the following day.
The New Media Breakfast events are strongly focused on why to rather than how to and are designed to allow you to make more informed choices about introducing a digital culture and social media participation. At each breakfast, there is a presentation on a specific topic followed by a question and answer session. There is plenty of time, both before and after the presentation for networking and to find out what others are doing with social media in their businesses and organisations.
