Christian is the Founder and CEO of Pawprint, the guided Sustainability Engagement Platform focused on employees. Pawprint is a B2B SAAS (Software As A Service) proposition that helps sustainability leaders and their colleagues to move faster on climate action and sustainability more widely. To date it has raised £4million from Angel investors and crowdfunding and works with more than 30 customers including Vodafone, Vitality, Bain and Co, Royal London, CGI and abrdn.

Pawprint is advised by Mike Berners-Lee, the global carbon foot-printing expert and author of ‘How Bad Are Bananas?’ and Tom Sermon, CRO and President, International at Virgin Pulse among others.

The first “proper” (as he calls it!) business Christian founded was the global tech-enabled translation company, Lingo24. He drove fast growth in that business for almost 20 years until its successful sale in 2021 to Unbabel, a translation business which has raised over $90m from VC investors including Point72 and Notion Capital.

Christian invests in early stage climate tech businesses (and others with a strong sustainability angle) through Ventures Together. VT is an community of 150+ of Europe’s leading tech entrepreneurs and operators who angel invest and help companies together. They invest in an average of 2 companies per week at pre-seed and seed.
