We are absolutely delighted to be hosting this action-packed, fun-filled & hilarious event

WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
Ideal CSR opportunity for businesses.
Outstanding team-building day with a difference.
A fun day with friends & family – the biggest laugh you’ll have had in a long time.
No need to be super fit, just willing to have fun and not mind getting a little bit wet!
Dress code is entirely up to you as long as you wear trainers on your feet. How about team t-shirts? (We’ve negotiated a great deal for these with Get Shirty).
Or if you want even more of a laugh … fancy dress – there’ll be prizes for the best dressed team!
6 games during the day plus a highly entertaining warm-up session.
Child friendly – supervised activities for children of team members aged 1 to 7 & 8-15 year olds take part in their own It’s A Knockout.
There’s no charge for children, we simply ask you to make a donation to SANDS Lothians.
Bring your own picnic or BBQ. There will also be a hog roast so you can buy food too.
The Clubhouse bar will be open for light snacks & refreshments.
We can only accommodate 24 teams and team places are in huge demand already so don’t delay booking in your team.
Safety brieﬁng ﬁrst then a highly entertaining Aerobic warm-up to fantastic music to get you in the mood for the competitive games ahead. Should any participants feel these activities are not for them then they have every opportunity to decline each, any or all of the games. Bearing that in mind, choose your team members carefully!
BEAT THE CUBE
Contestants run around a tackle bag ﬁrst 5 times, then clamber up and over the giant slide before landing an object on the giant target and collecting a piece of the Cube Puzzle.
Once all the pieces are back the team then work together to once again re-‐ build the giant cube.
Each team member dresses up in Teletubbie outfit. Hoola hoops 5 times before going over the Bish Bash and collecting another hoop.
They then get oﬀ the Bish Bash, run to the Hoopla stand and throw the hoop over their coloured marker.
In groups of 4 at a time the teams walk on planks, march inside a modiﬁed Caterpillar track and then take part in a 4 person sack race.
Go over, through, round and then up and down the bespoke ‘Gladiator slide’ whilst dressed as a penguin.
On your way you’ll be collecting big ﬁsh and little ﬁsh, before propelling them through the target. The team undertake a relay to determine which is the winning team.
Each member goes under a scramble net, through a hole in the wall of an inﬂatable and collects a piece of the cannon.
Once all the pieces of cannon are back they build the cannon and ﬁre it!
Participants sack race to the foam pit, collect their coloured ball from the pit and throw it into an inﬂatable target 8 feet in the air.
Once all the scores have been totted up, there’s the presentation of the medals and there will also be some fabulous extra prizes for:

Teams of 8 players aged 16 & over.
£240 entry per team – that’s only £30 per team member.

Follow the instructions in the Checklist document we’ll send you once you’ve booked your ticket.
Set up your team sponsorship page – we’ll send you details of how to do this once your ticket’s been booked.
Spread the word to your contacts and via social media & start your team fundraising.
Organise a team get together to discuss tactics if you’re competitive!
