During 2017 Pike + Bambridge completed a major project with their new website combining their long-standing commitment to personal service, with cutting edge technology.
Clients can now quote, order, track their delivery and manage their vehicle throughout the contract with the new Dashboard from Pike + Bambridge.
Additionally, they have built a fleet management portal for their corporate clients and a cash allowance platform focused on professional services firms, allowing them to offer a unique benefit.

With 20,000 less company cars on the road in the last year and the number dropping by over 400,000 since the year 2000, many employees are choosing to go down the cash allowance option. Clients can now access their own tailored platform to see offers specifically related to their membership or employment. This allows Pike + Bambridge to personalise their offering to the demographics of the firm or organisation.
Once on the tailored site, clients can order directly through the site (something that can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or through their dedicated account manager meaning it is a flexible service which works around a client’s lifestyle.
Once an order is placed the website gives the client access to a personalised dashboard which displays the details of the contract, including maintenance and support telephone numbers as well as a place to store all vehicle-related documents. This also allows customers to browse new vehicle options when coming to the end of their contract.
