The re-branding project has been initiated by Edinburgh Airport?s new owners, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), who took over the running of the airport in June of this year.
Taste has worked on numerous design projects for Edinburgh Airport in recent years, including outdoor campaigns, print and digital, since being appointed a preferred supplier in 2010.
Taste Creative Director, Gus MacIntyre said
?We?re proud and delighted to have been chosen to work on the rebranding of Edinburgh Airport ? especially considering we were pitching against two of Scotland?s leading agencies.
?It?s a fantastic win for us, which we feel reflects the passion and commitment we?ve shown whilst working with Edinburgh Airport for the past two years. We?re very much looking forward to developing the new brand, it?s exciting to think that our work will be one of the first things that many visitors to the city will see when they arrive in Edinburgh.?
The new identity and branding will be revealed in due course.
