We had the pleasure of going to visit Mike Wynn of C&P Recruitment and his team yesterday in their new offices in Leith which are bright, airy and very well-suited to such a dynamic company. ?Mike won our High Growth Company of The Year Award 2011, no mean achievement given the downturn, most especially given that recruitment doesn’t tend to be at its highest levels during a recession. ?You can watch Mike talking about C&P Recruitment in The 2011 WeDO Awards Ceremony video here?and see his reaction to having won by clicking on the WeDO Awards Dinner 2011 video here.

Having been greeted with a coffee and a delicious double chocolate chip cookie (they know the way to our hearts!), we had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of the team. We always love going to visit our members and meeting the people who, along with their Board, are the true heart and soul of the business. ?The banter at C & P was fantastic, a successful team who clearly have embraced the ‘having fun at work’ mentality whilst delivering outstanding results.

C&P Recruitment?s main focus is?within the Construction & Property and Oil & Gas sectors. ?They provide a personalised service and recruit for contractors, consultancies and public sector clients on a freelance and permanent basis.

Their three directors have in excess of?40 years experience in the market between them, operating across all sectors and at all levels. They have built their reputation over the years by developing long term relationships with candidates and clients in a highly competitive market.

C&P has established offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Aberdeen which are staffed by experienced consultants, all of whom have been in the industry for many years.? This gives both clients and candidates a level of continuity saving time and ensuring an effective service.? C&P in Aberdeen deals with opportunities?both in Construction and also has a dedicated team dealing specifically with?the Oil & Gas sector.

They are also embracing social media so feel free to like them on Facebook and follow them on?Twitter.

We look forward to our next visit and here’s hoping the chocolate cookies have been replenished!
