MEET THE HOSTS
Stephen Hunter, Co-owner and Client Director
Stephen formed Radiator with Fraser Hogg in 2002 with a clear vision: to establish a successful digital agency that delivers tangible benefits by working closely with clients to build their brands and sales online.
He remains actively involved in realising this vision; overseeing their passionate and experienced teams at their Glasgow & London offices, who serve a broad range of Public & Private sector clients UK-wide, including Edinburgh Zoo, MacTaggart & Mickel, Scot JCB, Visit Britain and EICC.
Digital success relies on open and collaborative relationships with clients who are ambitious and forward thinking. Stephen’s role is to lead their clients on a digital transformation journey which allows them to embrace the challenges with confidence & optimism.
As first point of contact, he works closely with clients to explore and understand their culture, customers, goals and current digital activity before overseeing their Digital Strategy.
Radiator’s Digital Delivery experts then take the reins, shaping and boosting brands online through a fully integrated approach which covers the complete end-user journey across Awareness-Engagement-Conversion-Advocacy.
“Client relationships and demonstrable value sit at the heart of our approach and ongoing, I ensure recurring return on our clients’ investment and generally do what I can to keep our clients and in-house team as happy as possible!
Digital partnerships driving online experiences with impact. Surround yourself with Radiators, not drains.”
Calum Milligan, Senior Designer
Calum’s focus is to continually drive higher creative standards across the brands Radiator Digital represents.
Through his 6 years with the company, this has seen him develop richer online experiences for clients as diverse as Edinburgh Zoo, EICC, SFA and Scottish Scouts, and craft entirely new brands for exposure in Glasgow and London.
A graduate of Glasgow School of Art, Calum marries a strict human-centered design approach with a striking visual sensibility to help brands develop greater engagement and loyalty, whether through a new customer’s initial offline exposure to a new logo, through to a comprehensive, mobile first company website.
Through rigorous, inquisitive research Calum aims to develop a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of a client’s audience. Only by putting users first can Calum develop a client’s online objectives into beautiful and functional online experiences, primed for conversion.
Calum’s work has been shortlisted at the NODS Scottish Creative Awards for the last 2 years in a row, including an honourable mention for his online brand redevelopment for Edinburgh Zoo.
