TOPIC: Building High Performance Teams in the AI Era
High-performing teams aren’t built by accident, and they’re not built by technology. They’re built on clarity – clear roles, clear numbers, clear standards – and on ownership, at every level of the business.
Get that right, and a team performs. Get it wrong, and no amount of technology will fix it. AI doesn’t create a high-performing team. It amplifies one that already exists.
That’s the real opportunity for founders, CEOs and senior leaders: once the fundamentals are in place, AI becomes one of the most powerful tools available for freeing up time, sharpening decisions, and letting your best people focus on the work that actually moves the business forward.
This WeDO session is about both halves. Straightforward and practical – real examples, honest answers on what works and what doesn’t, and where the genuine opportunities lie.
You’ll leave with:
- A clear view of what actually makes a team high-performing and where AI fits in.
- Practical ways to free up time by cutting repetitive tasks and admin, without adding headcount.
- Techniques to help your team communicate, collaborate and share knowledge more effectively.
- Real examples across leadership, operations, marketing, sales and customer service.
- An action plan with immediate wins to take back to your team.
The teams that get the fundamentals right, and then use AI well, won’t just become more efficient. They’ll become the ones everyone else is trying to keep up with.
The question is: will yours be one of them?

” If you don’t have some of the basics of a High Performing Team, no amount of AI is going to help it reach its potential. So we need team basics in place and to clearly understand how AI can amplify team capability. There has to be a focus on critical thinking as a key skillset going forward. We’re looking forward to sharing some real life stories of where high performing teams continue to exceed and where issues have been caused in an AI world.“
