Platinum Wave scoops British Franchise Association Customer Service Award

Platinum Wave, a leading independent international franchise consultancy based in Edinburgh, has been rewarded for its gold standard customer service by scooping the Best Customer Service Award at the British Franchise Association (bfa) HSBC Franchise Awards which took place in Birmingham last week.

This prestigious award, voted for by a judging panel including internationally renowned franchising expert and former Director General of the bfa, Brian Smart, yet again proves that Platinum Wave is leading the way in the UK franchise market. This inaugural award comes after the Scottish-based franchise consultancy also received the Service Provider of the Year at the 2016 Best Franchise Awards.

Over the last seven years PW has helped approximately 60 businesses prepare for franchising and find franchisees both nationally and internationally.  Platinum Wave is headed up by WeDO member Suzie McCafferty, who is regarded as one of the premier franchise experts in the UK and beyond. Suzie is a former international franchisor who took her own Scottish retail business to 70 outlets in 6 countries. Suzie also built up a £30m recruitment agency franchise network, and is the long-standing chairperson of the Scottish Franchise Forum.
