Victoria Nicol is a multi-award winning young entrepreneur and SME leader who founded the award winning professional translation and localisation services agency, My Language Connection Ltd (MLC) in 2017. Since it’s inception, Victoria has built MLC into a seven figure scaling profitable international business serving it’s clients globally through a skilled experienced specialist team of industry professionals and a strong 1,700 subcontractor network.
Victoria graduated with honours from GCU in Management, Technology and Enterprise before moving into the translation industry and starting her career in sales before quickly progressing to form part of a fast paced Senior Management Team. Through this experience she was inspired to setup and grow her own translation agency, placing her team and clients at the heart of all the business does, founding and starting My Language Connection from her home office.

Our Glasgow Founder Table and Insights Lunches are held in the private dining room at Maison by Glaschu in Princes Square.
Places are strictly limited with tickets available for members on a first come first served basis. By keeping these events intimate, we ensure there are plenty of opportunity to ask questions as well as an open forum where all attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the emerging themes from the speaker as well as their own experiences. Shared experiences are at the heart of WeDO, ‘individually we can be successful, together we can be extraordinary’ and these lunches give us the opportunity to do just that!
