We are very pro-active in terms of supporting our Young Members and are increasing our engagement with the ?next generation of potential entrepreneurs in the making coming through the further education system. ?We hope that by engaging with students at an early stage, we will encourage more innovation and drive to build their own businesses. ?Our Young Members Club which launched in October of last year has proved very popular with our members under the age of 35 where they have the opportunity to not only brainstorm with their peers but also to learn from and gain advice from more experienced members. ?In turn, the young members also have, in many cases, different skill sets to the more experienced ones which has proven to be a winning formula with the exchange of information and knowledge flowing both ways.
